Text Box: From the Rusty Gavels: Also, we have been asked to campaign for Conference Attendance in May. District Ten conference will be held in Colorado Springs the first weekend in May. Those who have never gone are strongly encouraged to be a part of this exciting gathering of other Altrusans throughout our District which encompasses all of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Lots of information about Altrusa, being a stronger Altrusa club, and even just plain business info, since we are all business professionals, is shared at District Conference.

Text Box: First of all I want to thank Rosalyn Robinson, Lisa Armijo, Mary McKenna, Suzanne Berry, Debbie Langley, Jennifer Rawdon, and Jackie Gooch for providing water stops and monitoring the 2-mile turnaround at the Pecos Valley Stampede this past Saturday morning (February 27th). I know it's a sacrifice for busy people to give up a Saturday morning.
As you know, Altrusa's Breast Cancer Awareness Programs benefited from the race.......

Text Box: For one of this year’s projects, Marge Keehfuss announced that the committee will again be collecting DVD movies to update the selection at the San Juan Cancer Center. Please bring any DVDs that you wish to donate to the next couple of meetings and give them to Marge for delivery to the SJCC. Thanks for making this ongoing project a success and helping cancer patients have a little easier time while undergoing their treatments in Montrose!
